If another provider prescribed your medication and you have since transferred care to Miller Family Dermatology, please call the office at (425) 654-1275 and leave a message for your provider’s clinical team.
If a Miller Family Dermatology provider prescribed your medication and you bought it at Miller Family Dermatology, or if you didn’t get it at the pharmacy because it was too expensive and you want to buy it at Miller Family Dermatology, you can stop by during office hours to pick it up (please allow 15 minutes for us to get it ready) or you can fill out the following form to have it shipped to you.
