Medication Refills
Overview
Requesting Refills:
- If a Miller Dermatology + Aesthetics provider prescribed your medication and you picked it up at your pharmacy, please have your pharmacy fax a refill request to our office. This is the fastest way for us to refill your medication.
- If another provider prescribed your medication and you have since transferred care to Miller Dermatology + Aesthetics, please call the office at (425) 654-1275 ext 3 and leave a message for your provider’s clinical team.
- If a Miller Dermatology + Aesthetics provider prescribed your medication and you bought it at Miller Dermatology + Aesthetics, or if you didn’t get it at the pharmacy because it was too expensive and you want to buy it at Miller Dermatology + Aesthetics. You can stop by during office hours to pick it up or you can fill out the following form to have it shipped to you ($10 S&H).
