- Your insurance card(s), both for your primary and any secondary insurance.
- Our reminder system will bug you to fill out all the necessary forms. Please note, it won’t give up until you’ve finished them.

People drive past us ALL the time. Our building, the Medical Center of Issaquah, is set back from Gilman like a thousand feet and is difficult to see from the street. There is a sign on the street for Medical Center of Issaquah, but it is also easy to overlook. Frankly, if you think you’re turning into a service entrance leading to the backside of the Post Office you’ve found our entrance!
